Each article includes an indication of the delivery time. We aim to dispatch all orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM on the same day. If an item is out of stock, you can always contact us for an expected delivery time.

Pick-up is not possible.

Shipping
All products ordered through our website are delivered by our shipping partner DHL by default. You will receive a track & trace code from us with which you can follow your order.

Unless otherwise indicated, deliveries take place on business days. We also ship on business days, orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. With the exception of the following days, if they fall on a business day. Then we ship until 9:00 AM.

If you are not at home at the time the delivery person comes to deliver the package, it will be standard practice to try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors. You will then receive a notification in your mailbox. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible, the package will be delivered to a pickup point. The delivery person will also leave a notification in your mailbox in this case.
